Our EV Ergonomics Onboarding Package works with companies on how often they would like our services based on the volume of new hires the company has on a weekly, monthly or on an annual basis. We understand from working in industries that see robust years and then downtime your companies needs will change due to economic downturn, unforeseen natural disasters and pandemics. We are here for you, and want to build a relationship that understands your needs.
Each assessment and visit includes a detailed report for your company and employee to evaluate the improvements being made.

However, this is because of how crucial of a time period it is to train and inform an excited, teachable and eager new employee. EV Ergonomics understands the importance of integrating our Welcome EV Ergonomics Employee brochure with you employee new hire package. This gives the employee the date their initial assessment is booked, which is recommended at the third week of employment.
Step 2: Initial Assessment
After a new hire has settled into their job within the first month of being onboarded and getting familiar with company policy and procedures, an ergonomic consultant will come in for a three hour assessment and conduct:
After the initial assessment is complete, an employee assessment report along with a 3 Week Daily Habit Forming checklist and ergonomic tips and facts, built on that employees individual needs, is sent within a few days and includes access to our EV Ergo Help online.

Step 3: Follow Up Assessment
It takes on average 3 weeks for an employee to settle into a routine and build healthy habits in their line of work.
This is why EV Ergonomics comes back for a one hour follow up 3 weeks after the initial assessment. This follow up assessment has been proved vital to employees as it helps with:

Step 4: Six Month Assessment
Each employee at their 6 month assessment will work with our ergonomics consultant for an hour follow up on the progress they have made, evaluation of the employee working and recommendations on continuing to focus on their daily habits taught. The six month assessment helps employees with:
- Observation of wanted/unwanted habits
- Additional tasks added to their position
- Review of exercises given, daily habit builders and EV Ergo Help online support
Step 5: Employee Annual Review
EV Ergonomics follows up with the employee and their immediate supervisor one year after the employees initial assessment. This one hour review addresses the employees achievements, answer questions and capture the employee's year in an annual report.
